Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Customers provide product technical support, such as consultation, product training, on-site technical guidance, fault analysis and troubleshooting, etc.
2. Clarify customer needs and application scenarios, provide customers with solutions, and complete the preparation of relevant technical solutions;
3. Provide product use training for customers, and timely handle customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Regularly maintain and track key customers, establish customer files, and regularly track customer usage.
5. Collect information on peer companies, product features, sales pricing, project cases and other information, and feedback to the technical and sales department.
6. Participate in the company's product testing and product functional verification.
7. Learn the latest technological trends, keep abreast of new technologies, new businesses, and new tools to ensure synchronization with the technical department.
8. Participate in product training for the company's internal employees, especially the sales department; other related work assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, major in computer, automation, electronic engineering, etc.
2. Proficient in using Verilog, Formality and STA tools, and have experience in C++ programming in Linux environment.
3. Familiar with data structure, dynamic programming, multi-threading and distributed design, understand algorithms such as layout and routing, timing analysis, delay calculation, etc.
4. Proficient in RTL coding and analog/digital circuit design, familiar with logic synthesis or scripting, etc.
5. More than 3 years of FAE experience in DEA industry, with customer project management experience.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to analyze and solve problems; good communication and coordination and written expression skills; strong resistance to pressure, adapt to frequent business trips.
(The frequency of business trips is higher, but there are travel subsidies.)
